450 hour pilates teacher training

In-Person Classroom Days: September 3 through November 15
Every Wednesday evening 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm
plus 2 weekend intensives:
Saturday October 11th 10:30 am - 3:30 pm
Sunday October 12th 8:30 am - 1:30 pm
Saturday November 15th 10:30 am - 3:30 pm
Sunday November 16th 8:30- 1:30pm

75h In-Person Classroom | 75h Self Study | 75h Observing Classes (in-person or online) | 75h Teaching Classes | 150h Instructed Self Practice (taking classes)
450h Course will cover: History, Foundation & Principles of Pilates, Anatomy & Physiology of Pilates, Mat Pilates, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Building Classes & Class Ethics
The remaining hours are self study and self practice. It will be up to you to complete these hours in order for you to receive your 450h Melt Academy Pilates Teacher Training certification. We recommend finishing the requirements one year from your start date.
Once you receive your Melt Certification you will be prepared to sit for the national exam, if you choose to do that, through National Pilates Certification Program “NPCP”. This is not mandatory.
Required readings for the course:
“Return to Life” by Joseph Pilates, “Pilates Anatomy second edition” by Rael Isacowitz/ Karen Clippinger (both available on Amazon)
Investment for the 450h course: total $6000 ($4500 if registered by Aug 15, 2025)
Initial Payment of $1500 due by August 15, 2025. First Installment of $1500 due by September 15, 2025. Second Installment of $1500 due by October 15, 2025.
OR pay in full and save an extra $200 by August 1, 2025; Course cost $4300.00
