HOT YOGA

Our Hot Yoga classes give you a variety of yoga styles practiced in an infrared heated environment. The infrared heated room allows you to get deeper into your practice and helps to detoxify your body. The temperature in the room is anywhere from 95-105 degrees, dry heat. A few benefits of practicing yoga in the infrared heated room are: increased strength, increased flexibility, discipline, clarity, cleansing, vibrance, peace and gratitude.

Hot Mat Pilates

The hot mat Pilates classes are Pilates workouts in the infrared heated studio. The room is heated to around 95-97 degrees, dry heat. The workout is done on your mat and can incorporate light weights, balls, rings and/or blocks. The practice is rooted in six major principles: concentration, control, centering (engaging the "powerhouse"), flow, precision, and breathing.

Benefits of regular Mat Pilates practice include:

  • Strengthened Core - The exercises focus heavily on the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and glutes to build a strong "powerhouse" that supports all movement.

  • Improved Posture and Balance - By targeting deep core muscles, Pilates helps correct alignment and enhance stability.

pilates reformer

A 50 minute workout on the spring loaded reformer and chair apparatus. Pilates is a no impact workout designed to increase long, lean muscle and strengthen the core. Each movement is guided by your breath to learn muscle control and relaxation. Benefits of Pilates include: increased muscle tone, increase core strength , increased flexibility and learning mind muscle control.

aerial yoga

Instead of performing yoga poses on a mat, aerial yoga utilizes a silk hammock that is suspended from the ceiling to perform those same movements. The purpose of the hammock is to provide support through your workout while also improving flexibility, strength and range of motion. All levels welcome and no yoga experience necessary.
