Hi, I’m Alex! One of the Yoga and Pilates instructors at Melt. I hold a 200-hour RYT and a 500-hour contemporary Pilates training.

My yoga classes consist of an upbeat and dynamic vinyasa flow that builds strength, flexibility, and confidence both on and off the mat. My reformer and mat Pilates classes are a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates.

They are designed to challenge and empower, combining precise movement with a powerful and energizing flow. Whether guiding students through a sweaty hot yoga practice or an invigorating reformer session, Alex creates a space where clients feel supported, empowered, and inspired to grow.
