This class is great for all levels and has a wide variety of benefits. Aerial helps relieve joint pressure and spinal compression, increase balance, deepen stretches, enhance core strength and so much more.

I received my 200 hour YTT certificate both in Koh Samui Thailand and at Melt Pilates and hot yoga. I enjoy teaching a strong vinyasa, where music drives every flow, with extra emphasis on core strength!
